How to Create a Frequency so Magnetic Your Desires Chase You
Most of us have subscribed to a belief that manifesting a change in our reality is difficult, that it takes a lot of trying and yearning and effort, but that is an outdated way of trying to manifest a change and it’s actually very ineffective. You can know this if you think about maybe some things that you’ve wanted and been yearning for for years and years and years. Why don’t you have them yet? It’s because the way that you’ve been approaching transformation or manifestation or even just the achievement of a goal has been wrong, it’s been so wrong and there is a way to achieve your desires in this reality that is easy, that is effortless and that is seamless and I’m going to be teaching you that way today and when you truly understand this, like when you get that light bulb moment, which you’re probably going to have a couple of those today, where you really figure out the order of creation in this reality and it registers internally to you and then you start re-prioritizing the things that need to come first in the order of creation, it’s going to be like a total switch, it’s going to be like a veil is lifted off your eyes and creation is going to become so much easier.
This is exactly what I did last year, this is the one big switch that I made and all of my dreams came true last year when I started doing this. So what did I do? I changed my energy, I changed my frequency and then my entire reality changed, all my wildest dreams started running at me and it didn’t even feel like I was doing it, it didn’t even feel like I was really trying, I was flowing, I was in the flow and then the flow of life, the creative energy of life was flowing through me into my reality and bringing all my desires to life. This energy is available to everyone, this creative life force consciousness is available to all of us but you have to be in the right state, i.e. the right frequency, the magnetic frequency, in order to actually access this energy and harness it so that your desires start chasing you.
And before we get into this today, there’s a quote that I absolutely love that always comes to mind, it’s if you work hard on yourself, you will never have to work hard in reality. If you do the inner work, if you watch this full video and you apply what I’m going to be sharing with you today and you actually truly shift your energy properly, then everything else looks after itself automatically and you don’t have to keep trying and forcing with no success in your physical reality anymore. So this is going to be you by the end of this video, you are going to have a frequency that is so magnetic that your desires start chasing you.
I’m essentially going to show you how you can change your energy so that you actually become visible to the experiences and the resonant frequencies that you desire to experience. First of all, I want to tell you what you’ve been getting wrong. Now this is why you’ve been suffering so much, because you have the order of creation backwards.
So you likely, if you’ve clicked on this video, you want to figure out how to get what you want in this reality, okay. You want to change your circumstances. So you’re focusing on getting things in physical reality.
90% of your thoughts are obsessing over outcomes, material gain, you’re either thinking about your SP or, sorry I never use that word, your SP or you want your ideal relationship or you want new friends or you want more money or you want a different career or you want to move country etc etc. So you’re focusing on the physical change right and that’s actually exactly what you’re getting wrong. You’re thinking to yourself, when I get the job then I will be happy.
When I get the relationship then I will feel loved. When I, whatever it is, lose that weight then I will be good enough. So you’re trying to chase physical outcomes to give you an emotional state and this is the incorrect order of manifestation or creation in this reality and that is why you’re going backwards and that is why you’re suffering.
You might not even be trying to actively manifest things in your reality but most of the time you’re thinking about what you don’t have, what you wish to be different. This is a guaranteed way for you to never actually get that thing. So manifestation is not about getting something physically and I want you to start getting this in your brain immediately.
It’s not about getting a physical change. Manifestation is simply changing your internal state and then the external is simply a mirror reflection of the change that has happened internally. So what manifestation actually is, it’s not getting something physically, it’s getting something internally.
It’s getting something energetically and then what you perceive as reality, as physical reality, changes. And even if, let’s just say in the unlikely event that maybe you do end up getting the physical outcome, so you’re chasing things, you’re chasing things, you use hard work and force and you eventually start to see a change for example in your finances, you will find that the emotional state that you had connected to the change in your finances is not there for you. Because things can’t give you feelings, only you can generate the feelings that you desire.
So most of us are running around chasing material outcomes because we want to feel a certain way. The only reason that we want anything in this reality, in this physical world, is to avoid a particular emotion or state or to gain a particular feeling state that we currently feel we don’t have. Whether it’s confidence, whether it’s love, whether it’s respect, whether it’s peace, that is the only reason why we want anything in this reality.
Even financial security is an emotion, it’s the emotion of comfort and safety, right, and freedom. So anything that you desire, you only desire it because you have an emotional state attached to the achievement of that thing. Well here’s the issue and here’s the problem and why this is wrong.
Things can’t give you emotions and if you have an emotional pattern, if you have a pattern of thinking and feeling the same way all the time, I’m going to just break it to you right now, even if somehow you get that thing, you’re going to feel the same. You might feel a little bit different for a week, maybe two weeks, maybe three weeks max, four weeks we’ll be pushing it, but then you will revert back to your old emotional baseline because that is your program, that is your comfort level, that’s what’s within your identity, okay, and that’s your nervous system state. So things can’t give you feelings, so you’re chasing these things that are a lower form of consciousness, which we’re going to get into in a second, that have no actual creative capacity over you, thinking they’re going to give you something, when you’re the only one who can give yourself that thing and in fact, if you could flip this and if you could let yourself have the emotional state resonant with your idea of the experience of this physical outcome, then you would actually collapse time and you would draw that outcome to you in a way that is magnetic and effortless.
Why is that? And this is going to bring us to the next point, the energy that you are is what you experience more of and I can tell you, I know I’ve given this, I heard this you guys before I started manifesting things into my reality and I was like very slowly bringing about incremental changes in my reality and it started with me, I had a marketing agency the year before last and I started finally getting clients and making money in this marketing agency and I thought this physical outcome would give me an emotional state of peace and joy and excitement and bliss and at first, maybe for like a day or two after I would get a new client, I would feel like that but then I would always revert back to my old emotional baseline. Why? Because I didn’t change that myself and circumstances can’t give you emotions, you’re the one generating your emotions and they’re set in particular patterns and what I don’t want for you is to somehow arrive at these things that you thought were going to make you so happy, only to find out that you’re still stuck in the same experience because you haven’t changed your energy. So even though you’re standing in what seems like paradise in your reality, you’re still in an energy of hell, you’re still in a state of consciousness of hell, so it doesn’t even matter where you are.
You could have all the blessings and the miracles and the opportunities that could be right in front of you but if you’re not in the energy to perceive them and experience them and make the most of them and actually enjoy them, it’s fruitless, it’s pointless. But in any event, this is also just the wrong order of creation in reality okay. Trying to focus on changing things in physical reality is not how you actually create change.
Let me break it down to you like this, you’re probably thinking okay if I change my actions and if I work harder, this was me in my marketing agency okay, so when I’m telling you I’ve lived this, I have lived this, if I work harder and I just clock in and I do more hours then I will get more results okay. That works, increasing your action to get increased results works up until you hit a ceiling where you can’t take any more action and now you’re just doing busy work and 90% of the actions you’re taking are not actually generating more results okay. And what happens then is you’re capped at the amount of actions you can take, so you need to graduate from that and change the type of actions that you’re taking so all of this is a component of physical reality.
So this is physical reality, it’s that model of taking different actions to have different results. And so when I say what you’re getting wrong is focusing on the physical too much, this includes action because action is a physical component, it’s a component of physical reality, you’re using your physical body to do it. And so you’re getting stuck in your reality because you’re just thinking how can I take more action, how can I change my action? But you can never take an action that is outside of your state of consciousness.
So what compels you to take certain actions versus other actions? What’s the difference between the actions that you’re taking versus the actions that a physicist is taking or a neuroscientist is taking? I don’t know why I’m picking scientists today. There’s a difference in your state of consciousness, your paradigm is different and so even the difference between you and an athlete, the difference between you and an herbalist who lives in the mountains, right? Your actions are probably very different unless that’s you, which if so, hello. But your actions are very different to these kind of people.
Why? Because you have a different state of consciousness. They would never think to take the actions that you take and this is something that I realised last year when I was trying to grow my marketing agency at the beginning of last year and the end of the year before. I was taking action all day long but they were the wrong actions.
Why? Because I was still thinking from my old level of consciousness. I was still in my old frequency and I was still chasing the results that I wanted but I was in the wrong energy to actually magnetise them to me. And so I realised okay, how can I change my action? I need to change my energy first.
So this is the correct order of creation. This is the actual order of creation in this reality. Where did creation begin? This is kind of deep.
We’re not going to go too deep into this today. You didn’t create this world. You didn’t create this physical body.
You didn’t create your mind. You didn’t create your brain. You also didn’t create the consciousness that brought your brain to life and created mind and created thoughts and created life in your body.
You didn’t create any of that. You didn’t create nature, trees, nothing. There’s a source of creation.
This is God or source consciousness, whatever you want to call it. So the order of creation begins on the spiritual plane of existence with source and essentially the entire created universe is just a sea of consciousness that emanates from this source. It’s a sea of consciousness existing in various forms or at different frequencies or rates of vibration.
So the Hermetists speak about this in the law of vibration. Nothing rests, everything moves, everything vibrates. We also see this in things like string theory.
When we look at atoms and we break atoms down to their tiniest components, there’s little tiny vibrating pyramids inside of all the atoms. That’s what makes up our physical reality or what we know as physical reality. So every single thing in this universe is vibrating perpetually infinitely and the highest form of consciousness is God, source or the spiritual plane.
Everything is a fractal of this. Everything is contained within this. So God, source, energy exists in everything.
In you, in me, in your toenails, in the table, in the lamp, in everything. The Hermetists break down the different forms of life manifestation or the different categories of consciousness into three broad groups. So we have the spiritual being the highest form.
Then we have the mental plane being a kind of a medium form. And then we have the physical plane, the physical plane being the lowest form of consciousness. So I’m going to illustrate this with like shapes.
I don’t know why, but this is physical reality. So physical reality is a tiny component of the entire universe and everything that exists in this sea of consciousness. It’s less than 1% of what actually exists in the universe.
And all it is, is the component of this sea of consciousness that is vibrating at particular frequencies that is perceptible to our five senses. So for example, if we take light, this is just my go-to example, visible light is a tiny component of the entire electromagnetic spectrum of life. So visible light, what we actually just can perceive through our eyes is less than 1%.
It’s 0.0035% of the entire electromagnetic spectrum of light. And it’s the same for all of our other senses. And that’s just out of what we can measure.
So all physical reality is, is it’s a grouping of particles that are vibrating at a particular frequency that we can experience through our five senses. That’s all the physical reality is. And so physical reality in the grand scheme of things is tiny.
It’s so small compared to everything else that exists. And in terms of forms of consciousness, it’s the lowest, spiritual is the highest. So where does that leave the mental plane? Well, this is what distinguishes us from the other animals in the animal kingdom.
We have been given higher faculties. We’ve been gifted with a lot of the creative components of source. It says in the Bible that man is made in God’s image.
And we were given imaging faculties, we have imagination, we have creativity, we have intellect, reasoning, memory, foresight, all of these incredible mental faculties. So you don’t just exist here in the physical body. Okay, you are so much more than your physical body.
If you just had a physical body with no life force, you would not be having an experience, you would not be thinking thoughts, you would not be able to imagine, you would not be able to create and express and love and breathe and think. And so you have life force energy running through your body and as well as that you’re existing on the mental plane, where you have the ability to connect your creative consciousness, which you’ve been gifted from source to particular outcomes, ideas and possibilities. And even if you think about for a second, anything that has been man-made, okay, so man did not create nature.
But from nature, we have created many things, this whiteboard, this pen, that light, this camera. And before any of these things could exist as a physical outcome, where did they have to exist first? On the mental plane. If you think about even way back in the day when planes were being created, the first few people to suggest the idea of creating an aircraft and transporting people in the sky, you know, other people thought they were crazy.
But if those few people had not been brave enough to start imagining this as a possibility, we would not be flying around in the planes that we’re in today. It had to exist in someone’s mind first, before it could become a physical outcome. So the order of creation is as follows.
Obviously the highest form of consciousness and the highest form of creation that created everything is God and source. The next plane is the mental plane. So being a higher form of consciousness, it cannot be created by the physical plane, which is a lower form of consciousness, okay.
I’ve given this example before. You saying that you are being created by your circumstances, which even if you don’t say that, that’s actually probably a reality because that’s most people’s reality and that’s why most people are stuck in a frequency that does not attract anything. But you being created by your circumstance is essentially like God looking at a human being and saying this means that I’m X, I’m not good enough or this means that I’m flawed or I’m limited, okay.
So a higher form of consciousness should never be bowing to a lower form of consciousness to create its state and its truth. And so being the higher form of creative consciousness and having creative consciousness within you and having these higher faculties within you, that means that you are the cause and reality is the effect. And even if we break down hermeticism, okay, there’s a couple of principles that really tie this together.
The first is mentalism. So it says the universe is mental and the all is mind. And essentially, so the all here being God or source, we can hardly even conceptualise it with our limited human awareness.
It essentially means that we are existing in the great vast imagination and in the mind of the all. We are a mental projection of the all. And then we have the law of correspondence in hermeticism that says as within so without, as above so below.
Man is created in God’s image, imagination, and this whole universe is created in the mind of the all. Then we individually can create our universe in our mind and that is why we have been gifted these higher faculties and the same, a fractal of the creative consciousness that created this whole universe. And even if we look at quantum mechanics, you guys, there’s an experiment called the double slit experiment or the observer effect.
And essentially that shows us that electrons exist basically as waves, okay, as potential waves of information in this unified quantum field. And when that wave is observed by an observer, only then does it collapse into particles. What does this mean? Everything exists as a wave of possibility non-physically.
There’s these waves of energy containing various information and they’re existing in the non-physical beyond our senses. This non-physical flow of energy that exists as possibility. So when I say possibility, it means it’s existing non-physically.
It’s possible that it can exist physically. It can be birthed into existence by you and your observation. Why? Because you exist on all three planes and you having mental faculties, you are actually a vessel for things to be birthed physically into the material world.
Why? Because you are a fractal of God, so you exist on the spiritual plane. You have mental faculties, you exist on the mental plane, so you can connect your creative consciousness to this possibility in the spiritual plane, which I’m going to tell you how to do in a moment. And you exist on the physical plane.
So when you get your energy in alignment with the thing that you desire and you connect your creative consciousness to your desired outcome, to this possibility in the spiritual quantum field, then automatically your physical body will take the action for that thing to exist physically and then you can have that physical experience. So you are the portal, you are the vessel, you are the cause and the physical experience that you desire is simply an effect. So your problem is you are the higher form of consciousness, you are the one creating this experience, but what you’re doing is you’re looking at your situation and you’re saying, for example, how do I always end up with this marker? I see lack, I am lack, I feel lack, I believe in lack, I’m imagining lack, I’m focusing on lack and then guess what? You see more lack.
And so it’s not that there’s lack just because there’s lack and then that’s just the truth of the situation. No, you are creating the experience of lack in your reality because you’re using the past circumstances of lack that have been created by your past energy up until this moment to define you and keep you in an energy of lack. And you’re chasing these outcomes and you’re yearning and you’re wishing for things to be different but you’re not changing the cause which is your frequency and your energy.
And so the feedback loop just continues and you keep seeing lack, you keep feeling more lack, you keep seeing more lack, you keep feeling more lack and you keep believing in more lack and that keeps generating a reality of lack for you. And the only way you’re going to break out of this is by you saying I see lack, I realise that I am the creative consciousness here and this circumstance cannot define me unless I say it does and I’m going to instead align my energy with what I desire. So I’m going to break this cycle I see lack and I decide instead to change my energy, to vibrate differently and instead I say I am abundant, I feel abundant, I feel, I believe in abundance and then guess what? The mirror projection of what you see in reality will shift to reflect that.
Not straight away but eventually it will shift to reflect that. So the only way that you can become irresistible to what you desire is you have to get into harmonious vibration. I sound like Bob Proctor, rest his soul.
Harmonious vibration with that which you desire. There’s no other way to do it, this is the easiest way to do it, it’s effortless. I’m going to walk you through how to actually do it now.
This is the stuff you need to know and understand like on a core level because it’ll change your life forever and I remember I did this specifically with my bank account okay with my finances that was like my last big block in this physical reality was with money. I had so much you know to undo in that and I had a moment one day I was learning all of this and I was really starting to realize that I am the creative consciousness and if I just shift my energy everything will change from that moment forward, that that’s all it takes and I remember very clearly I was sitting in my office and I opened my bank account and I looked at the number in there and it was like 800 bucks and it was not great. This is only earlier this year, the very start of this year you guys and I looked at that figure and I had no emotional reaction because I had changed my energy.
I said I am not going to allow my energy to be swayed by this circumstance. I’m deciding to stay in the energy of abundance, to stay in my wealthy identity, to stay strong in this new frequency, in this new vibration because I know that’s all that matters and if I can just stay in this energy my circumstance has to change and that’s exactly what happened. My income has not even 10x probably 50x since that day.
Why? Because I stayed in the new frequency and that’s all that matters because your frequency creates your reality. That is it. Okay so how can you get into a frequency so magnetic that your desires chase you and I’m not joking you guys.
I’ve lived this in the past year. It feels like a miracle every single day. This is how you do it.
I want to give you a little visual for this. So let’s just say this is the energy of your desires okay. So your desired reality is existing as a wave of potential energy right now and this energy, this is like spiritual life force energy.
This is the energy of creation okay. This energy is flowing all around you right now in abundance. It’s infinite.
It’s the force of God. It’s so much bigger than you. It can make miracles happen in your life but it’s not coming to you and through you because this is you.
Your physical body is such a tiny component of who you are. You have this entire energetic body around you. You have an electromagnetic field around you.
You are energy really at your core. You’re this orb of energy. So you need to start thinking of yourself of that and if you’ve been in the energy of negativity, of lack of limitation, of stress, of worry, of fear, of doubt, of insecurity, of chasing and yearning and wishing things to be different then you are in a negative state.
You are in a survival state. You are in an ego state of consciousness and so you are here and your energy is like this kind of black orb or this black cloud around you and the energy of your desire which is maybe abundance and freedom and love and positivity, it can’t come to you or through you. It’s going to just go around you right because you are not in harmonious vibration with it and so it has to pass around you.
The spiritual energy cannot come to you and through you because you do not resonate with it. So you’ve got to change your energy. You’ve got to change your frequency to that which you associate with your desired outcomes and experiences.
What happens then is this energy, it doesn’t know the difference between you and it and so it can pass through you. It’s not going to distinguish that you’re any different from it because it’s the same energy and so it can pass to you and through you and it can then start performing miracles for you in your life and I’m talking miracles you guys. I don’t want to, I don’t want to undersell this right.
This is where things that don’t make sense can start happening for you. This is where logic is out of the equation. This is where limitation comes out of the equation.
If you get your energy right, no past experience, no limitation, no apparent circumstance, nothing can stand in the way of that because energy is more powerful than anything in this physical reality. Think of it like this. Okay, this is spiritual life force energy.
This is the energy that’s created everything in existence. So it’s more powerful than a situation within the existence that it created because it’s so much bigger than that. For example, let’s say you have a letter from the bank or there’s a there’s an apparent circumstance that seems to be blocking you or let’s just say, I have an example of this actually.
When I started my YouTube channel, I didn’t have a camera, I didn’t have lights, I didn’t have money to buy any of those things. I was living in a house share, I didn’t have that nice of an environment to record in and I was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for something to change in physical reality so that I could get into the energy of being a YouTuber and starting my YouTube channel and start feeling all the feelings and emotional states that go with that. And one day I woke up to this and I said, okay, I need to get into that energy now and the things that align with that energy will come to me.
They will be provided for as soon as I get in that energy, it’s all going to align for me. And so I recorded my first YouTube video in the bathroom in this house chair on my iPhone with no mic, it was echoey as shit, you can go back and watch it, but it was good, it was a good video, it was okay, it wasn’t bad, I loved making it, it was like I was finally doing it and I was in the energy of YouTuber, I was finally being who I wanted to be, I felt amazing, I felt inspired, I felt creative and because I got into the vibration of the desire in reality, guess what, the circumstances of the desired reality came to me. So even though it made no sense, suddenly I was given a camera and lights, suddenly I moved apartments and I had a perfect recording setup to enable me to continue and a few months later suddenly I was able to record in the studio, just fell into my lap, okay.
This is what I mean, you lead with your energy first and you don’t have to figure out how, you don’t have to figure anything out because with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible, God being the impersonal life force, creative energy that’s creating everything in this reality and has already created everything in this reality, you don’t need to worry about how, you just need to worry about being in the right energy. All my markers are running out you guys, I’m gonna, can you even see this? I want you to actually have this visual, so I’m going to just draw this for you again. So this is a frequency or a state of consciousness.
We can see this esoterically in the Bible, Matthew 6 33, seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you. I’ve been rereading the Bible again and it’s just blowing my mind, I didn’t really read it properly the first time, I had a lot of like Catholic guilt in my way, but this time I’m really reading it.
